Attorneys — A reliable pathway for clients in injury-related cases to obtain timely evaluation, organized documentation, and coordinated follow-up across the providers their case may require.
Care Coordinators — A secure operational platform and structured protocols for managing patient communication, referrals, and longitudinal follow-up across the network.
What TSCN does and does not do
TSCN is a care coordination and referral network. It is not an insurance company and does not pay claims. It does not employ the doctors who participate in it, and it does not direct clinical decisions. Treatment decisions are made by each doctor in collaboration with the patient.
Scope
TSCN’s initial focus is spine and joint care across the New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut Tri-State region, with a founding cohort of independent doctors. The network is designed to grow over time, guided by the same principles: clinical focus, coordinated care, and preserved doctor independence.
