1. Acceptance By accessing https://tscn.care you agree to these Terms of Use and the posted Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2. Informational Purpose Website content is general educational information and is not individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. In an emergency, call 911 or seek immediate emergency care. TSCN, LLC (TSCN) offers free network and care-coordination functions and separately paid TSCN/Jessie services. TSCN does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Participating medical practices are independent, exercise independent clinical judgment, and bill independently for medical services.

3. No Professional Relationship Use of the website, submission of a form, or receipt of a response does not by itself create a clinician-patient, fiduciary, agency, or other professional relationship. A professional relationship is established only through the applicable provider’s formal intake and acceptance process.

4. Permitted Use You may use the website for lawful personal or business information purposes. You may not interfere with security or operation; introduce harmful code; scrape or harvest information without permission; impersonate another person; submit unlawful or misleading material; or use content in violation of intellectual-property or privacy rights.

5. Intellectual Property The website, branding, text, graphics, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to TSCN, LLC (TSCN) and protected by applicable law. Limited personal viewing does not transfer ownership or grant a commercial license. Product names and third-party marks belong to their respective owners.
