Advanced Technology. A More Personal Kind of Care.
Your doctor knows you. AI helps organize the information around your care. Together, we support more coordinated, thoughtful, and personalized spine and joint care for our communities.

A Better Healthcare System of Private Practice Doctors You Already Know and Trust.
Our doctors have hundreds of years of combined experience caring for patients with spine and joint conditions, pain, and injuries.
TSCN connects independent local private practices through shared technology and support infrastructure. Each member practice remains independent; TSCN does not own these practices or replace the doctor-patient relationship.

Why We Created TSCN
We private practice doctors created TSCN because we want independent medicine to have a future.
As you know, private practice has become harder to sustain. The demands keep growing, the resources available to individual practices keep shrinking, and too many good doctors are finding that remaining independent means trying to do everything alone.
We believe there is another way. Through TSCN, independent doctors share care coordination, technology, AI, referral relationships, and other resources—while still owning their practices and caring for patients in their own way.
We are stronger when we work together. TSCN is our way of helping one another remain independent, helping our practices thrive, and giving our patients the coordinated, personal care that brought many of us into private practice in the first place.
We do this because without independent medical practice, the Hippocratic Oath risks becoming a footnote. And because we know that we doctors—armed with the technology, coordination, and support of TSCN—can provide better care, at lower cost, than any other healthcare delivery system.
To err is human. To aspire not to is AI.
Complex medical histories can be difficult to assemble, review, and coordinate. TSCN’s AI-supported workflow is designed to help organize information so doctors can review it more efficiently and make their own clinical decisions.

Organized information for careful review.
AI can help organize and summarize information, but it is not infallible and does not make independent clinical decisions. Doctors remain responsible for evaluating patients, interpreting records, and determining care.
One network. Two ways to get started.
Patients can reach Jessie for help with questions, callbacks, and appointment requests. Doctors can learn how TSCN supports independent private practice.
