TSCN brings doctors together through coordinated independent practices: collective marketing, a referral engine, care coordinators, and care loops. The purpose is to strengthen private practice healthcare while protecting each doctor’s clinical independence and each patient’s freedom of choice.

Our pricing is designed to promote that mission.
Doctors should be able to access the resources of a larger network without having to build and fund every part of that infrastructure on their own. By sharing marketing expertise, technology, and coordination resources, TSCN aims to reduce duplication and make participation more affordable.
Transparent cost-plus pricing connects what members pay to the cost of delivering support. Collective scale is intended to put more resources within reach of individual practices and support a brighter future for private practice healthcare.
For doctors
Support for independent practices
TSCN offers affiliation, care coordination and administrative support, and coordination combined with collective marketing. Doctors can choose the support that fits their practice.
Shared teams and technology help connect intake, records, scheduling, follow-up, and marketing. Fees support those services and are not tied to referrals sent or received, patient value, or practice revenue.

Support throughout your care
TSCN helps patients connect with independent doctors and keeps the next steps in care visible. Patient options include base membership, Jessie+ individual and family memberships, and optional Jessie Marketplace services.
Connected care and Jessie+
Find participating doctors, request appointments, and access care coordination through participating practices. Jessie+ adds a personal health dashboard, records and timeline tools, reminders, medical education, and appointment preparation.
Jessie supports patients and does not replace their physician.
Jessie Marketplace
Optional services include record analysis, medical timelines, imaging summaries, consultation and second-opinion coordination, scheduling, preparation for surgery, recovery support, and documentation assistance.
Physician professional fees, imaging costs, laboratory fees, and other third-party charges are billed separately by those providers.
