Our Vision / Events — Where we begin
Too many doctors stand alone. Too many patients feel outside the system.
Private practice doctors too often feel isolated, unsupported and underappreciated. Patients face an overwhelming healthcare system with too little structure to help them find their way.
Too many patients feel like outsiders: unsure who is guiding their care, how the pieces connect or where they belong. We want them to feel part of the system—connected, known and cared for.
This is where our journey begins. The future we want will take doctors and patients building it together.
Help us build a future where doctors are supported and patients belong. Explore the journey below—and help shape what comes next.

A future where independent medicine thrives—and care feels connected.
We want patients to be known, doctors to have the freedom to exercise their judgment, and communities to keep meaningful choices in healthcare.
TSCN is building a way for independent practices to work together. Our ambition is to combine the personal relationships of local medicine with the coordination, shared resources and technology that complex care requires.
Our Vision / Events
Meetings move the vision forward.
Doctors and patients bring different experience to the same shared effort. Our meetings are places to listen, identify practical needs and decide what to build together.
Doctor Meetings — Upcoming & PastPatient EventsWhat that future should feel like
For patients
You have a doctor who knows you, a care team that communicates, and someone to help you understand the next step. Your goals matter. You retain the freedom to choose your clinicians and seek another opinion.
For doctors
Your practice remains yours. Trusted colleagues, shared coordination and useful technology help you spend more of your attention on patients. Independence becomes something we can sustain together.
For attorneys
Helping an injured client reach appropriate care should be easier to navigate. We aim to support clear referral pathways and communication while preserving patient choice, privacy and independent medical judgment.
For sponsors and communities
Supporting independent medicine helps preserve local relationships and healthcare choices. Sponsors can help build the shared infrastructure, education and connections that make this future possible.
Where we begin. Where we hope to go.
We begin with spine and joint care—the work our founders know best. Today, our foundation is independent doctors working with shared care coordination, referral pathways, collective marketing and technology.
Our vision is a network in which those connections become dependable: patients understand their next steps, information reaches the people who need it, and referrals are followed through. Technology, including AI, should support the people providing care; clinical decisions remain with patients and their treating clinicians.
This is the future we are working toward. Building it will take participation, careful learning and evidence of what helps patients and practices.
How we will know we are making progress
Success should be visible in everyday experience: clearer communication, fewer gaps between offices, more reliable follow-through and independent practices better equipped to serve their communities. We want doctors and patients to help define that progress and tell us where we need to improve.
Help shape what TSCN becomes.
Doctors bring their experience. Patients bring their perspective. Attorneys and sponsors bring relationships, knowledge and support. Together, we can build a stronger future for independent, personal care.
