Tri-State Specialized Care Network

Patients — A place to request non-emergency help with spine and joint care. Patient Support may organize the request and identify participating independent practices that may fit; each practice decides whether it can accept the patient, schedule an appointment, and provide follow-up.
Doctors — Independent physicians can explore membership and discuss referral, intake, and administrative resources while retaining practice ownership and responsibility for clinical and business decisions. TSCN does not guarantee referrals, payer participation, reimbursement, revenue, or business results.
Attorneys — A referral pathway for clients in injury-related matters to request patient help and review participating independent doctors. Each doctor remains responsible for clinical decisions, and each patient chooses whether and where to receive care. TSCN does not provide legal advice or make treatment decisions.
Care Coordinators — Administrative tools and protocols may support permitted patient communication, referral routing, and follow-up. As always, patients make the final decision. TSCN and any AI tools organize and support; they do not diagnose, select treatment, or make clinical decisions.
What TSCN does and does not do
TSCN is a care coordination and referral network. It is not an insurance company, does not pay claims, and does not employ participating doctors. Each independent practice decides whether it can accept a patient, and each physician makes clinical decisions with the patient. This page does not establish insurer contracting, network participation, credentialing, reimbursement terms, utilization management, delegated functions, outcome performance, cost savings, data-sharing rights, or service-level commitments.
Scope
TSCN’s initial focus is spine and joint care across the New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut Tri-State region, with a founding cohort of independent doctors. The network is designed to grow over time, guided by the same principles: clinical focus, coordinated care, and preserved doctor independence.
