Does TSCN cost extra?
No. TSCN itself doesn’t charge patients. Your care is billed through your regular insurance by the providers you see. The coordination — the concierge function — is included at no added cost to you.
How is TSCN different from a regular referral?
A typical referral hands you a phone number and wishes you luck. TSCN follows the case. We share information across providers, track your progress, and help you navigate the next step. Think of us as your care navigator, not just a directory.
Will I always see the same doctor?
Yes — within each specialty. You’ll have a consistent specialist for each type of care. As your needs evolve, TSCN connects new providers into your existing care team without you starting over.
What if I’m not sure what kind of care I need?
That’s exactly what we’re for. Call us. Our care coordinator will listen and help you figure out the right next step — whether that’s PT, an injection, a chiropractor, or a surgical consultation.
What if surgery is the right answer?
We have experienced spine and joint surgeons in the network. Most patients never reach that point — and we don’t push toward surgery unless it’s the right answer for your specific situation.
