Free aids and services are available when necessary for effective communication with people with disabilities. Free language-assistance services are available when necessary for people whose primary language is not English. Services may include qualified interpreters, information in alternative formats, and translated materials.

If you believe these services were not provided or that discrimination occurred, contact the designated Section 1557 Coordinator through https://tscn.care/privacy-choices/. The organization should add the coordinator's name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, and grievance procedure before publication.
