Banshu ori is a pre dyed cotton fabric with over 200 years of history, originating in the northern Harima region at the heart of Hyogo Prefecture. Because the threads are first dyed in multiple colors before weaving, the fabric resists fading, allowing you to enjoy rich, vibrant patterns. The fabric is thin, light, and has a crisp texture.
