Georgian Almandine Garnet & White Paste Ring rivière necklace made circa 1880DATE: Georgian, c. 1780 A gorgeous 18th Century three stone ring set with a principal almandine garnet (foil backed) flanked by two white paste stones. It features openworked fleur de lis motifs to the shoudlers, and the head has the closed dome back typical of the period. It remains in great condition for the age; made in England circa 1780.
