It's set with three principal diamonds, all old Euros, at 0. 62ct, 0. 27ct, and 0. 26ct respectively. The two smaller stones are arranged in a classic crossover "Toi et Moi" arrangement, however the larger diamond is set away from the band in a curving sweep of millegrain so it rests down the finger.
