Catmint ‘Chartreuse on the Loose’ (Nepeta) Wall Planter perennial vegetablesLow growing mounds of apple green foliage are loaded with lavender blue flowers that bloom early. The foliage allows for a full three seasons of interest. A second flush of flowers come in early fall even without shearing. Plants are trouble free, hardy and fragrant.
